  1. Are the Prints limited editions?
    1. The prints offered on AlexDrawsLines.com are Open Editions, which means there are as many in circulation as have been purchased. Limited Edition archival prints of any image are available for a much higher price, but you must contact us directly if you're interested in purchasing those. All prints undergo stringent quality control checks before being signed and shipped.
  1. Do you accept commissions?
    1. Commissions will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact us to discuss what you have in mind.
  1. How are prints and originals packaged and shipped?
    1. Large prints are sprayed with a UV-blocking fixative, covered with protective tissue, carefully rolled into a loose cylinder, wrapped in plastic, and gently eased into a large mailing tube (approx. 4 x 26in / 10 x 65cm) and sent via USPS Priority 3-day delivery.
    2. Small prints are shipped flat in re-inforced envelopes, unless they're part of an order that includes large prints, in which case they're carefully rolled up with the larger pieces.
    3. Flat shipping of larger prints is available for an additional charge; contact us to make those arrangements.
  2. Can you ship outside the U.S.?
    1. Absolutely. Until this option is available on the website, please contact us with your shipping information so that we may accurately calculate any additional postage and handling.
  1. What is your return policy?
    1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of order placement.
    2. If your order is damaged in transit or otherwise arrives in less-than perfect condition, we'll send replacement(s) at no charge. Please email photo documentation to support@alexdrawslife.com along with a written description.
    3. If everything arrived safely but you'd like to return all or part of your order for any other reason, first contact us to get a return authorization number. Once you have that, use the original packaging to return it to us postpaid. Once we receive your return, for each item still in resellable condition we'll refund the relevant charges less a 15% restocking fee. For items not in resellable condition, we'll refund the relevant charges less 30%.
    4. We are unable to refund shipping fees unless we request return of orders damaged in initial delivery.
